Mexicana
We are a Mexican company that was born in May 1999 in the Huasteca Hidalguense. Our dream was to make known our traditional breads with the flavor that characterizes the Huasteca area of the State of Hidalgo. We bake in a traditional way with all of our typical ingredients like butter, egg, milk and cheese.
Dream
Our bakery started off as a dream. I started making cakes for my kids' birthdays as I really love doing things for them that will live in the memories. Even though the cakes were not decorated as good as they are now, they had the secret ingredient: mom's love.
Love
Everything has always been made with love for each one of my kids, parents, relatives, friends and customers. Love is the essence of each one of our products, making them remember with happiness every product.
